My background in Ayurveda, and Bodywork has given me an amazing way to view the human body and mind. It is vastly more subtle, layered and powerful than I had ever imagined. My belief is that we are all capable of health, and the ability to be healthy, in body and mind. CranioSacral and Ayurvedic Therapies not only work on our physical bodies, but deeper into more subtle layers of our being. In this way we are effecting change on a deep and lasting level.
